by Chris Davies

Blue Fox Entertainment has released the first trailer for Site, an intense sci-fi thriller that delves into time distortion and psychological suspense. The movie stars Jake McLaughlin, known for his role in Will Trent, as Neil Bardo, a man whose life spirals out of control after a harrowing encounter at an abandoned military site.

The trailer hints at a mysterious phenomenon affecting time at the facility, where Neil experiences mind-bending distortions that blur the lines between past and present. According to the official synopsis, “While inspecting an abandoned military site, Neil Bardo suffers a mind-altering time distortion. Soon after, haunting hallucinations of strangers and troubling events from the past bleed into Neil’s reality.”

The film explores how one particularly traumatic vision leads to a devastating biking accident, nearly blinding Neil’s only son. Faced with the collapse of his own reality and his son’s uncertain future, Neil must unravel the dark secrets hidden within the site to uncover the soul-shattering truth behind his hallucinations.

In addition to McLaughlin, the movie features a talented cast including Arielle Kebbel (Rescue: HI-Surf), Theo Rossi (Sons of Anarchy), Miki Ishikawa (The Terror), and Yoson An (Heart Eyes). Jason Eric Perlman serves triple duty as the screenplay writer, director, and producer, supported by producers Kelly Hayes, Benjamin Cooke, and Yvonne Supangkat.

For viewers interested in exploring the latest in the sci-fi thriller movie genre, Site promises a gripping narrative with complex movie characters and a suspenseful plot that questions reality itself.
